Job Overview In this remote role, you will utilize your active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance, interact with customers through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls and online communication, and provide top-notch customer service support. Your primary objective will be to identify customer needs, advise on plan options, and ensure seamless enrollment processes. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you should possess: At least 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support. An active Personal Lines resident license, enabling you to sell insurance and provide expert guidance. A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Eagerness to learn new technologies, embracing innovation and process improvements.
