As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that's reflective of our company's purpose and values. You'll serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that's reflective of our company's purpose and values * Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers * Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications * Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner * Provide customer service that upholds our goals of delivery through the execution of our Heart At Work Behaviors **Key Requirements** * Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance * Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date * 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment * Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications * Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery * Bilingual Spanish **Education** * Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
