Key Responsibilities Becoming a Brand and Product Expert : Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our brand, products, and services to provide accurate and reliable support to our customers. This includes understanding our product features, benefits, and applications to address customer inquiries effectively. Maintaining Live Chat Best Practices : Adhere to live chat best practices, ensuring clear, correct, and professional communication. Respond to every customer query, make customers feel valued, and follow up with them post-chat to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the support received. Providing Pre- and Post-Sales Support : Offer support to customers throughout the purchasing process, from initial inquiries to post-sales support. Answer customer questions, provide transparent product information, and guide customers through the purchasing process to ensure a smooth and confident buying experience.
