With a strong commitment to excellence and a culture of innovation, we are constantly seeking talented professionals like you to join our team and contribute to our mission. **Job Summary** As a part-time Manager, Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven insights for the Chief Initiative group, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend globally. You will work closely with marketing teams to identify ways of improving the efficiencies of our paid media spend and develop revealing and examinations to inform and drive decisions – and develop KPIs and scorecards to track progress/execution to drive an emphasis on results and execution. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to surface data-driven insights for the Chief Initiative group * Collaborate with marketing teams to identify areas for improvement in paid media spend and develop strategies to optimize performance * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business results * Analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions and drive growth * Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of insights and recommendations * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media examination and analytics * Develop and maintain expertise in paid media examination tools and technologies **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, analytics, computer science) * 2+ years of experience in analytics or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in work * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, analytics, computer science) * 4+ years of experience in analytics or a related field * Experience with paid media examination tools and technologies (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) * Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) * Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, R) * Certification in analytics or a related field (e.g. Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Analytics Certification) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in work * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software * Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media examination and analytics **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a part-time Manager, Analytics at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives, developing your skills and expertise in paid media examination and analytics.
