**Experienced Manager, Social Media Marketing – Disney Branded Television Series and Films**

We're now seeking an experienced Manager, Social Media Marketing to join our team and help drive the success of our Disney Branded Television series and films. About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled and creative professional to manage and support social title campaigns from production to launch. As a Manager, Social Media Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive consumer engagement and conversation. You'll work closely with our marketing team, Director of Manager of Social Media Title Marketing, and broader marketing organization to create high-impact social title campaigns that showcase our content in the best possible light. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the marketing team to create high-impact social and conversation-driving social title campaigns. Develop and implement social strategies and platform strategies that are innovative and effective. Communicate social strategy, campaign voice, and platform strategy through each title's Marketing Brief. Advise on, communicate, and implement best social media practices and cultural landscape as it pertains to the title, evolving tactics throughout each campaign as new data emerges. Partner with the broader marketing title teams on talent social training, on-set social capture, live social media event coverage, digital activations, digital paid media creative, influencer activations, etc. Work closely with marketing to create high-impact moments around title debuts – announcements, trailers, press, etc. Manage creative development of social content through the pipeline, including giving creative direction and notes, along with securing final approvals and sign-off. Management and curate campaign assets. Qualifications We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of social media marketing experience. A demonstrated understanding of social platform tools and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and more. A team-first, collaborative mentality. Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines. A high degree of drive, energy, accountability, and initiative. A commitment to inclusivity. Bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary, reflecting our commitment to attracting the best talent. The hiring range for this position is $90,480.00 to $124,410.00 per year, with a bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
