Improving the travel experience for our corporate clients by analyzing the financial contribution of incentive programs and developing new sales strategies to generate incremental revenue. Developing recommendations for process improvements for reservations centers, call-handling, and segmentation to improve customer service, employee engagement, and maximize cost efficiencies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience and drive business growth. Program Structure Our Commercial & Customer Experience Strategy MBA program is a two-year rotational program, with the first year focused on Network Planning or Revenue Management and the second year focused on Marketing, Sales, Reservations, or Customer Experience. What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications: Current MBA student with a planned graduation date by the Summer of 2025. At least three years of post-undergraduate work experience in a dynamic, professional environment or relevant military experience. Ability to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the program. Curiosity about the airline industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
