Job Overview As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting with people who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility will be to assess their eligibility for potential compensation, provide empathetic support, and drive sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for potential compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls Engage with 40-50 callers daily, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for our services, and provide personalized support and guidance throughout the process Multitask effectively, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication and data management Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our team Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage customer interactions, track progress, and analyze data to inform sales strategies Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. You should also have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven track record of building rapport with clients and providing empathetic support. Additionally, you should be competitive, motivated, and results-driven, with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
