About the Role We're currently seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative Trainee. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a typical call center job - we're an insurance agency that handles inbound customer inquiries about our policies and helps customers troubleshoot.
