Your role will involve answering incoming calls, assessing customer needs, and dispatching technicians to job sites. As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you can expect: * $18/hour + bonus (average of 45 hours per week) * Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance * 401k * 40 hours of PTO + 1 PTO Day in your birthday month * 6 Sick/Personal Days **Responsibilities** As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound calls from prospective and current customers * Accurately entering customer and appointment information into ServiceTitan (CRM) * Scheduling appointments * Dispatching on-call technicians to urgent customer needs **Preferred Qualifications** While we're open to considering candidates from a variety of backgrounds, we're particularly interested in those with: * Previous call center, customer service, or dispatching experience * Clear written and verbal communication skills * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you'll need to: * Be willing to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with state and federal law * Hold a high school diploma or equivalent **Schedule** As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll work a 4-day week (Friday – Monday) from 7 PM – 7 AM. You'll have the flexibility to work from home 90% of the time, with in-office visits twice per month. **Location** Our office is located at 16360 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden, CO 80403.
