As a member of our Blended Support Team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. **Job Description** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative on our Blended Support Team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to multiple clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, or chats, following a guided process, and logging each interaction in our Frontline Connection CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Your primary focus will be on gathering and verifying customer information, documenting interactions, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple clients, following a guided process and logging each interaction in our CRM system * Gather and verify customer information, documenting interactions and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Cross-train to support multiple clients, adapting to new products, services, and processes as needed * Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction **Required Qualifications:** * 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management * Ability to deal with upset customers, de-escalate situations, and provide empathetic and professional service * Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to navigate multiple systems, including our CRM and other software applications * Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a high level of technical proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous call center experience, preferably in a blended or multi-client environment * Previous experience working remotely, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work * Basic technical support experience, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts **Job Requirements:** * Must be available to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST) * Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts within our company's hours of operation * Attendance is vital, with a strong emphasis on punctuality, reliability, and adaptability * Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise on calls **Tech Requirements:** * Desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks) * Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation) * 8GB RAM (minimum) or 16GB RAM (preferred) * Dual monitor * High-quality USB headset * Hardwired internet connection at all times * Minimum internet speeds: 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, and less than 20ms ping stability * No Spectrum internet service provider **Pay and Benefits:** * Pay rate: $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications * Part-time sick time eligibility after 6 months of employment * Paid time off and 401(k) with company match eligibility after 1 year of employment * Perfect attendance quarterly bonus * arenaflex is a W-4 employer, with no independent contractor status **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
