Job Overview As a blended agent, you will be cross-trained to support multiple clients to resolve their customer service needs. This position entails handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts. You will follow a guided process and log each call in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and resolves their issue efficiently. You will be asked to gather and verify the caller's information and document it inside the appropriate system. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Follow a guided process to ensure that each customer interaction is handled efficiently and effectively Log each call in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions are accurately documented Gather and verify customer information, documenting it in the appropriate system Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: You must have previous experience working in a customer-facing role, providing exceptional service to customers Experience in a high call volume environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate the situation: You must be able to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer: You must be comfortable working with technology, navigating through multiple systems and software applications Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment: You must have basic technical skills, able to install and uninstall programs, and troubleshoot your own equipment Preferred Qualifications: Previous Call Center experience: Previous experience working in a call center environment is preferred, but not required Previous experience working remotely: Previous experience working from home or in a remote environment is preferred, but not required Basic Technical Support Experience: Previous experience providing technical support is preferred, but not required Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Availability: Must be available to train on weekdays, during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST) Must have open availability 24/7 to work shifts inside the company's hours of operation Attendance is vital, and you must be able to commit to working your scheduled shifts Work Environment: A quiet place to work at home with a locked door, free from background noise and distractions A dedicated workspace that is free from interruptions and distractions Tech Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following technical requirements: Computer Requirements: Desktop Windows Computer (NO MACs or Chrome Book) Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7 or i9 (recent generation)/AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation) 8GB RAM as a floor, 16GB RAM preferred Dual Monitor A high-quality USB headset To be Hardwired at all times Internet Requirements: Minimum Internet speeds of 20Mbps Download 10Mbps upload LESS than 20ms ping stability No Spectrum Pay and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive pay and benefits package, including: Pay Rate: $13.00-$15.00 hourly, depending on experience Benefits: PT Sick time eligible after 6 months of employment Paid Time Off and 401k with Company Match eligible after 1 year of employment Perfect Attendance Quarterly Bonus Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
