Job Overview We are currently seeking qualified and experienced customer service representatives to join our Blended Support Team. As a blended agent, you will be cross-trained to support multiple clients and resolve their customer service needs. This position entails handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts, following a guided process, and logging each call in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple accounts, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner Gather and verify caller's information and document it inside the appropriate system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Follow a guided process and log each call in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records and data Navigate through multiple systems with your computer, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications: Customer Service Experience: a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints Experience in a high call volume environment: ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate the situation: ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations, resolving customer complaints in a fair and reasonable manner Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask: ability to work accurately and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer: ability to use a range of software applications and systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment: ability to use a range of technical tools and software, installing and uninstalling programs as needed, and troubleshooting technical issues Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications are desirable: Previous Call Center experience: experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints Previous experience working remotely: experience working from home or in a remote environment, with a proven track record of managing time effectively and working independently Basic Technical Support Experience: experience providing technical support to customers, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner Job Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following job requirements: Must be available to Train on weekdays: ability to attend training sessions during the daytime hours, approximately 6 am-4:30 pm (PST) Must have Open Availability 24/7 to work shifts inside the company's hours of operation: ability to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Attendance is vital: ability to attend work regularly and punctually, with a proven track record of good attendance A quiet place to work at home with a locked door: ability to work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment, with a locked door to prevent background noise and interruptions Tech Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements: Desktop Windows Computer (NO MACs or Chrome Book): ability to use a desktop Windows computer, with a recent generation processor and sufficient RAM Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7 or i9 (recent generation)/AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation): ability to use a computer with a recent generation processor, with sufficient processing power to run multiple applications simultaneously 8GB RAM as a floor, 16GB RAM preferred: ability to use a computer with sufficient RAM, with a minimum of 8GB and a preferred amount of 16GB Dual Monitor: ability to use a dual monitor setup, with two monitors to display multiple applications and systems simultaneously A high-quality USB headset: ability to use a high-quality USB headset, with good sound quality and a comfortable fit To be Hardwired at all time: ability to connect to the internet via a hardwired connection, with a stable and reliable internet connection Minimum Internet speeds of 20Mbps Download, 10Mbps upload, and LESS than 20ms ping stability: ability to connect to the internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download, 10Mbps upload, and a ping stability of less than 20ms No Spectrum: ability to connect to the internet without using Spectrum, with a range of alternative internet service providers available Pay and Benefits arenaflex offers a range of pay
