About the Role As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will be speaking on behalf of one of our clients, a Business Coach, and your primary goal will be to drive sales growth through effective communication and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Starting new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day) Following up with leads to close sales and build relationships (approximately 2 hours a day) Organic account growth and management to increase visibility and reach (approximately 2 hours a day) Replying to active leads and closing sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day) Management and daily communication tasks to ensure seamless team collaboration (approximately 30 minutes a day) Requirements and Qualifications To be part of our team, you will need to meet the following requirements: Advanced or Native C1-C2 level of English Desire to earn an income in USD A fully working desktop/laptop and a smartphone Stable internet connection Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales or customer service roles 100% confidence in your English skills Essential Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly motivated and results-driven Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we offer a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits to help you develop your skills and advance your career.
