Job Summary The Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex is responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, providing support for document handling equipment and services, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and working collaboratively with our Tier 2 team to resolve escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voicemails, and emails. Build and maintain excellent customer service relationships, identifying when technical support is needed and escalating issues to our Tier 2 team as required. Provide clear and concise communications, following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead, and delivery times to ensure seamless service delivery. Collaborate with our Tier 2 team to pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime for our customers. Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner. Remain current on process updates and technology used within arenaflex, attending training sessions and workshops as required to maintain your knowledge and skills. Perform duties in accordance with arenaflex's policies and applicable laws, adhering to our high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Perform other duties as directed by management, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. A reliable internet connection, with a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions. Experience in a call center environment is highly desirable, although not essential. Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, order processing systems, and contact management systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support and solutions.
