Accuracy and Quality Control: Verifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in the data entered, performing quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency across databases. Data Verification and Maintenance: Reviewing and validating data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and guidelines, and updating existing databases as necessary. Reporting and Efficiency: Generating reports or summaries from databases as requested, and working efficiently to meet data entry deadlines and targets. Software Proficiency and Communication: Utilizing data entry software, spreadsheet applications (such as Microsoft Excel), and other relevant tools, and collaborating with team members or departments to resolve data-related issues or discrepancies. Data Security and Organizational Skills: Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information, and organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and reference. Work Schedule and Compensation This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with two available shifts: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM, for a total of 30 hours per week.
