Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Customer Service Representative to join our Sleep Central (After Hours Call Center) team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences by contacting patients regarding equipment delivery, taking orders, verifying patient information, and placing orders in a timely manner. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
