As a Pharmacy Technician in our Clinical Customer Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service, guidance, and support to our customers, while working in a dynamic, non-retail environment with a casual dress code. Key Responsibilities As a Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on providing top-notch customer care, working closely with our clinical pharmacist team, and ensuring seamless operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering incoming telephone calls from Customer Care associates on a daily basis and maintaining assigned metrics Making outbound calls for various purposes, including urgent situations identified by our clinical pharmacist team Assisting the clinical pharmacist team with outgoing calls to medical professionals, pharmacies, and customers Providing guidance and feedback to Customer Care Associates using a consultative approach to continually develop their knowledge and skills Completing tickets to support the Customer Care Team and Clinical RPh team, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns Maintaining an advanced understanding of arenaflex's policies, procedures, products, and services, as well as staying up-to-date on pharmacy laws and regulations nationwide Monitoring and processing help desk assigned tasks on a daily basis, ensuring efficient issue resolution Serving as the primary point of contact for escalated calls, handling these calls with professionalism and following through until resolution is achieved Managing the reporting of customer complaints, providing resolution within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and escalating issues as necessary Investigating and reporting pharmacy errors, ensuring that these incidents are documented and addressed promptly Learning and staying current on pharmacy laws and regulations across the country, applying this knowledge to provide informed support to customers and internal teams Serving as a point of contact for system or technology/software outages, notifying relevant parties and facilitating prompt resolution Maintaining the confidentiality of all customer information, adhering to strict data protection standards Working autonomously, proactively identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating closely with teammates to drive excellence in customer care Demonstrating a customer-centric approach and commitment to quality in all interactions, ensuring that customers receive exceptional support and guidance Working a flexible schedule, which may include shifts starting and ending outside of traditional business hours, to ensure seamless customer care operations Performing other tasks as assigned, adapting to the fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: An active and unrestricted in-state Board of Pharmacy License (including Pharmacy Technician, Trainee, and Assistant Licenses) A high school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA), demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member, contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work Experience recognizing and identifying patient medications, with a solid understanding of pharmaceuticals and their applications At least 6 months of relevant experience working with computer and web-based tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality while maintaining a customer-centric approach Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise guidance and support to customers and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve issues efficiently Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities and requirements A customer-centric approach, with a deep commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to customers Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
