Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a commitment to first-call resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain performance goals and adhere to quality standards, ensuring that all interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner. Become proficient with our processes and systems after completing a comprehensive training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus. Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications. Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency and ability to perform successfully in a team environment. Dedicated work-from-home space and ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and work independently. Technical Requirements Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second. No satellite internet; ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.
