Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) to join our team. As a Front End Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with our pharmacist to ensure accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll also be responsible for triaging customer service requests, calculating and verifying correct dosages, and maintaining accurate customer records. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform order entry tasks and collaborate with our pharmacist to ensure accuracy * Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required * Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions * Assist in reviewing narcotic Rx's and ensuring they are back in a timely manner * Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags * Creating and maintaining accurate customer records **The Team and Rewarding Benefits** As a Front End Pharmacy Technician with arenaflex, you'll be part of a supportive and innovative team environment. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
