As a remote call center customer service representative, you will play a vital role in our efforts to connect with people, understand their experiences, and provide them with the necessary resources and support. Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate remote call center customer service representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in our services, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and providing exceptional support throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls Engage with 40-50 callers daily, with 1-5 potentially qualifying for compensation, and provide personalized support and guidance Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and navigating multiple software applications, including our proprietary customer relationship database (CRM) and phone software (VICI) Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be competitive, motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional support and driving business growth. Additionally, you will need to meet the following requirements: Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (meeting minimum specifications: 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB) Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with at least 2+ years of phone sales and customer service experience Essential Skills and Competencies Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and other digital tools Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members. We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range starting at $17.31/hour, plus commissions and bonuses, with total compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+). Additionally, you will be eligible for benefits, including health insurance, vision and dental coverage, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
