Job Overview We are seeking dedicated, self-driven, and reliable individuals to join our team of Remote Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time, seasonal role with opportunities for temp-to-permanent positions. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service experience, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers receive the support and guidance they need to navigate the health insurance landscape. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication with our customers. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and resolving issues as they arise. Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned. Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing responsibilities to meet performance goals. Commit to extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in our systems and processes. Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years of age. Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. Use a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period. Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period. Complete a background check and health screening. Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite internet are not compatible with our systems). In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals with: Moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology. A high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work comfortably from home. Self-motivation, a success-driven mindset, and a strong work ethic. Preferred Experience: While not required, the following experiences are highly valued: Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles. Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act. Experience working in a call center environment. Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
