About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Service Fraud Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our customer service department, you will play a vital role in responding to account inquiries, identifying fraudulent credit card activity, and providing exceptional support to our merchants and cardholders. Key Responsibilities Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard and scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues. Assist with the completion of lost or stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity. Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues. Begin to build knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques, as well as the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts. What We Are Looking for in This Role To be successful in this role, you should possess a combination of excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of fraud detection principles. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent A minimum of six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule Ability to be on camera at all times during working hours US-based role only Preferred Qualifications 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months Banking customer service experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments Works under close supervision Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
