We build and operate award-winning cloud-based enrollment tools that serve state-based exchanges, brokers, insurers, and consumers. Our innovative solutions include eligibility determination, plan selection, and enrollment technology for state agencies, as well as agent marketing and call center tools and services. Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated, dedicated, and self-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time or seasonal opportunity, offering a competitive compensation package and a range of benefits. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Compensation Details We offer a competitive base pay of $14.50 per hour, with the potential to earn an enhanced rate of $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance. For Spanish bilingual candidates, we offer a base pay of $15.50 per hour, with the potential to earn an enhanced rate of $17.00 per hour. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Be at least 18 years of age Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period Complete a background check and health screening Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible with our internal systems) Essential Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound calls Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently Managing customer accounts and providing technical support Application data entry Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies Utilizing creative problem-solving skills Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates Effectively managing time and tasks (multitasking and task prioritization) Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing as required Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: Moderate to advanced computer skills A high level of comfort learning new technology A high level of professionalism Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfort working from home Self-motivation and a success-driven mindset What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
