Job Overview In this role, you will represent arenaflex, handling inbound customer inquiries, providing product knowledge, and troubleshooting issues. Key Responsibilities: Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls, chat, email, and social media, providing product knowledge, and resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency Process orders, update customer accounts, and ensure accurate records in internal systems Multitask effectively between handling customer inquiries and navigating internal systems Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets Identify opportunities to offer additional products and services, driving sales growth and revenue expansion Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations professionally A sales-focused mindset, with a proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with at least 6 months in a call center virtual setting Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST Available to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas Essential Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
