Key Responsibilities and Expectations In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls from policyholders and authorized third parties, focusing on providing exceptional customer service without any sales responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70-120 calls daily, and ensuring that each interaction is conducted with professionalism and courtesy. Staying informed about new and updated procedures regarding policy information to provide accurate and up-to-date support to policyholders. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex policy information in a clear and concise manner. Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications with ease. Capable of typing at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
