About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing orders, researching and resolving requests, and utilizing product knowledge to improve sales and maintain customer satisfaction. You will maintain an ongoing relationship with customers, sales staff, distribution, purchasing, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Process orders received by mail, telephone, fax, EDI, and/or through personal customer contact, providing pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines. Research and obtain resolution of a variety of customer inquiries, expediting the delivery of selected orders and tracking order activity to alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Foster open communication internally and externally, championing creative change to improve processing and service levels, and providing guidance and assistance to new or less experienced staff. Perform other similar and related duties as required to ensure exceptional customer service and support. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with arenaflex's values and mission. The essential qualifications and requirements are outlined below: Essential Qualifications A.S. degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three years' experience in a successful customer environment/position, preferably in the manufacturing or electrical industry. Experience with Salesforce is preferred, but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and provide clear, concise information to customers and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Data Centers industry and extensive product knowledge are a plus, but not required. Experience collaborating with sales teams and exposure to Salesforce are preferred. Presentation and training experience are a plus, with the ability to give and receive detailed/complex information in an understandable way. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and establish proactive corrective actions to drive business growth and improvement. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies that align with arenaflex's values and mission. These include: Strong computer skills, with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, email, and meeting management software. Ability to use the internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively. Proficiency with mainframe order entry application, with demonstrated ability to type 50 w.p.m. with 100% accuracy. Highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment, with a strong customer orientation and exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The salary range for this role is $38,000 - $48,000, depending on experience.
