Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a full-time remote employee, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, delivering top-notch customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions Enter application data accurately and efficiently Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks and multitasking as needed Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams Essential Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or older Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s Dedicated, private, and secure workspace Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period Complete a background check and health screening Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or technical support role Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a Call Center Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish Bilingual, a plus Skills and Competencies Moderate to Advanced computer skills High level of comfort learning new technology High level of professionalism Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working from home Self-motivated and success-driven Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
