You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have proficiency in navigating computer applications. A desire to exceed customer expectations and grow professionally is essential, and previous healthcare experience is a plus. You should also have: At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in customer service A High School Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year at a single job Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days, and a flexible availability, including weekends A typing speed of at least 25 WPM, and a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download A secure, private work area at home, and a strong work ethic and self-motivation Job Requirements To be eligible for this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have a reliable internet connection, and a secure, private work area at home. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
