Key Responsibilities Engage with new customers, guiding them through the sign-up process for both recurring and one-time appointments, and provide exceptional customer support to ensure a positive experience. Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and web with professionalism and courtesy, fostering trust and rapport with customers, and addressing their concerns in a timely and effective manner. Accurately maintain customer account information and manage sales transactions with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all customer data is up-to-date and accurate. Act as a primary contact between customers and franchisees throughout the sales journey, providing seamless communication and ensuring that customer needs are met. Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a strong close rate, and continuously strive to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably with phone interaction, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support. Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in managing objections and adept problem-solving skills in a professional context, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Competence in computer operations, including a typing speed of 40+ words per minute, and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, with a focus on phone-based customer support and sales.
