Job Overview In this remote data entry and analysis role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex analyses, reporting solutions, and packages to meet business needs. You will interact directly with internal clients and coworkers to develop reporting and analytic solutions, as well as software design. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal partners and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that support business objectives Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients Design and develop applications for internal clients Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions Troubleshoot technical issues and present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas: Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic for Applications, SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Transact SQL, and MS SQL Server A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with internal clients and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying information structures Experience with Hadoop, Oracle, or other database management systems Development database languages, such as Oracle PLSQL Crystal Reporting experience Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
