Job Overview In this full-time position, you will be part of our client care team, providing worldwide support to our clients as they build critical applications on top of our services. As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will engage with US Government (USG) and enterprise clients, delivering training, support, and analysis to ensure their success. Collaborating with various members of our team, including Technical Account Managers, Sales, and Solution Architects, you will be the subject matter expert on Enterprise Account and Billing issues. Your proactive approach will help clients avoid potential issues, and your in-depth analysis will assist in resolving complex problems. Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Deliver training and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our services Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, providing expert knowledge on Enterprise Account and Billing matters Proactively identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring client satisfaction and success Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions and support to meet their goals Stay up-to-date with our services and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomes and drive business growth Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to resolving complex issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong technical skills, with experience in cloud computing, software development, or a related field (desired but not essential) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or software industry Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3 (or equivalent) Experience working with government or enterprise clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges Certifications in cloud computing, customer service, or a related field (e.g., AWS Certification, HDI Certification) Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
