Key Responsibilities In this remote Data Entry Assistant role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that require strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in data entry. Your key accountabilities will include: Coding and entering data into our computer system or database via a monitor or keyboard with high accuracy and efficiency Correcting and updating database(s) to ensure data integrity and consistency Verifying the accuracy of data entered to prevent errors and discrepancies Generating routine computer reports and/or printouts as required Performing related clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and data retrieval Performing other related duties as assigned or requested by the Accounting and Finance team As a flexible and adaptable team player, you will be expected to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within the required timeframe. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Education: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: 6-12 months of experience in a data entry or related role Expertise: General office skills, including keyboard skills and proficiency in data entry software In addition to these essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with prior experience in data entry, as this will enable you to hit the ground running and make a meaningful contribution to our team from day one.
