Job Overview In this full-time remote position, you will provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our coordination team. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering personal customer information into databases, reviewing data for errors, and generating reports to help us improve our sales and services. You will work independently from the comfort of your own home, using your own high-speed internet connection, and collaborate with our team to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Enter personal customer information into databases as collected from forms or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Review all data for errors and report any unusual findings to management, maintaining the highest level of data integrity Collect and determine the completeness of all information before entering data into software programs, ensuring that all necessary fields are filled Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry, maintaining organized and up-to-date records Work following privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law, protecting sensitive customer information Generate weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information or areas to be improved upon, providing valuable insights to our team Ensure proper updates of required software and train new employees as needed on company processes, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration File and organize paperwork used to enter data into programs, keeping a record of original documents and maintaining a clutter-free workspace Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent degree, as well as knowledge of office computer systems and software. You should have strong written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and customers. Experience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information regarding available stock and supplies or other data is essential. You should also be able to effectively work within record software and update files accurately, with a high level of attention to detail.
