Experienced Remote Data Entry Technician – Customs Brokerage and Supply Chain Operations Support

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customs Brokerage team as a Remote Data Entry Technician. Job Overview This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work remotely from the United States, with a schedule of 15-20 hours per week, between Monday and Friday, 8AM-5PM. As a Data Entry Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data into our operating system, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Understand and identify customs documentation, including the ability to transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally, and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards Collaborate with the Customs Brokerage team to achieve departmental goals and objectives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, skills, and personal qualities, including: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint A growth mindset, with a desire to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in the logistics and supply chain industry A strong desire for a career in supply chain/logistics, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess: Previous experience in data entry, customs brokerage, or a related field Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, including the ability to understand and interpret customs documentation Experience with operating systems and software applications, including data entry and tracking systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner A strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and quality in all aspects of work Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, and offer a range of training and development opportunities to help you build your skills and knowledge.
