Key Responsibilities Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments, striving for continual improvement in customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing. Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner, reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to ensure accurate information and order specifications. Manage orders in the business system through the entire order cycle, screening all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures. Gather information for measurement, analysis, and reporting, utilizing your analytical skills to contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve unclear issues and ensure seamless order processing, providing exceptional customer service and support. Essential Qualifications 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Computer experience including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required, with the ability to quickly learn new software programs and apps.
