Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for inputting customer orders into our client's Oracle system and other software platforms as needed, ensuring timely and efficient order processing that meets customer and company commitments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle, CRM, and/or ERP business systems, as well as excellent customer interaction skills and the ability to learn new software programs and apps quickly. Key Responsibilities Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments, striving for continual improvement in customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing. Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner, reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to ensure accurate information and order specifications. Manage orders in the business system through the entire order cycle, screening all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures. Gather information for measurement, analysis, and reporting, utilizing your analytical skills to contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve unclear issues and ensure seamless order processing, providing exceptional customer service and support. Essential Qualifications 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Customer interaction experience is preferred, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders. Computer experience including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required, with the ability to quickly learn new software programs and apps. Education & Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years, with an Associate's Degree preferred. Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively to meet performance goals. Knowledge of CRM and/or ERP business systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
