Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes in the US. As a Weekend Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our customers and clients, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Communicating with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, or other means as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Exceeding daily quotas consisting of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Recording detailed notes of customer communication, maintaining real-time communication, and keeping inventory volumes current. Creating lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value and importance to our business. Maintaining the high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients, demonstrating efficient and courteous responses in a timely and friendly manner. De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. Collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible, sharing knowledge, and best practices to continuously improve our customer service delivery. Operating in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, being flexible and responsive to changing priorities and requirements. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A clear and articulate telephone voice, without major background noise or distractions, and excellent communication skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to learn quickly. Self-motivation, with a strong work ethic and a reliable individual who can provide consistently excellent work performance. Experience with a multi-line phone system, computer skills, including Microsoft Office, various cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing. An upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to maintain the reputation of arenaflex and any assigned clients. Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization, with a strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications and Education While not essential, the following qualifications and education are preferred: Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills, and strong customer service skills (1-3 years' experience in a customer service capacity). High School diploma or GED required, with a minimum age of 18 years. Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed). Availability to work weekends only, with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST.
