Job Overview As a Manager of Customer Insights at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth for our clients by providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to develop and implement media strategies that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Your expertise in data analysis, storytelling, and project management will be essential in delivering high-quality results and driving business success. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported by arenaflex Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients to review media performance and identify areas for growth and optimization Serve as a subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources to develop strategic recommendations for future media investments Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting Deliver data-driven stories and insights to support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the arenaflex LMN Insights team and the wider retail media business Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with the following requirements: Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way Experience with A/B testing and experimental design Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA) Proven experience leading teams and driving business impact Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment Experience working with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.) Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
