Key Responsibilities Provide essential information and support to families throughout the matching process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for all parties involved. Clarify regulations, policies, and procedures to both Host Families and Au Pairs, ensuring a thorough understanding of program requirements and expectations. Conduct in-home family interviews and site visits to ensure understanding of program requirements and to build strong relationships with families and Au Pairs. Facilitate in-home orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs, providing a warm and welcoming introduction to their new host family and environment. Maintain regular communication with families and Au Pairs through monthly calls and in-person meetings, ensuring that their needs are met and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Organize and host cultural events for Au Pairs, providing opportunities for socialization, cultural exchange, and community building. Collaborate with arenaflex headquarters staff to enhance support for families and Au Pairs, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of new initiatives and programs. Build personal connections with families and Au Pairs, providing a high level of customer service and support to ensure a positive and rewarding experience for all parties involved. Implement marketing initiatives in line with arenaflex headquarters strategies, promoting the benefits of cultural exchange and the arenaflex program to potential Host Families and Au Pairs. Manage crisis situations with professionalism and resolve conflicts efficiently, ensuring that the needs of all parties involved are met and that the integrity of the program is maintained. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Superior communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and Au Pairs from diverse backgrounds. An acute attention to detail, with the ability to clarify regulations, policies, and procedures to both Host Families and Au Pairs. High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation, with a genuine interest in international exchange and education. Access to a personal computer or laptop, with a reliable internet connection and a personal vehicle. Self-motivation and professionalism, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in building strong relationships with clients and customers. Knowledge of the Au Pair program and regulations, with experience working with families and Au Pairs from diverse backgrounds. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with families and Au Pairs who may not speak English as their first language. Compensation and Benefits Compensation is tiered based on the number of active families in your service area, with the potential to earn an estimated annual income of up to $9,300. As an independent contractor, you will receive monthly payments for the deliverables of the previous month, with an approximate hourly rate of $60.
