Conduct in-home family interviews and site visits to ensure understanding of program requirements and provide personalized support. Facilitate in-home orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs, helping them to settle into their new environment and providing guidance on program expectations. Maintain regular communication with families and Au Pairs through monthly calls and in-person meetings, fostering strong relationships and addressing any issues that may arise. Organize and host cultural events for Au Pairs, promoting cross-cultural understanding and exchange. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Superior communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
