A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex In this role, you will be the frontline support for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy. Your typical day will involve: Answering 40-50 Inbound/Outbound Calls Daily : Utilize your excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and concerns. Assisting Customers with Payment Options, Escrow Items, and General Mortgage Information : Provide clear, concise information to help our customers navigate their mortgage processes. Discussing arenaflex Customer Benefits : Introduce customers to the advantages of our Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR services, enhancing their experience with us. Supporting Customers with Pending Mortgage Payments : Offer assistance and solutions to customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payments, ensuring they receive the support they need. Qualifications for Success To excel in this role, you should have: 6 Months or More of Customer Service Experience : A background in providing top-notch service to customers, preferably in a call center environment. 6 Months or More of Call Center Experience : Familiarity with call center operations and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additional Details About This Opportunity This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 , with the potential for monthly bonuses and incentive rewards . To be eligible, you must reside within 60 miles of our office location . We provide a comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training program , complete with equipment, to ensure your success. Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training . Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7am to 8pm, Friday from 7am to 7pm, and Saturday from 8am to 12pm, and your work schedule after training will align with these business hours.
