Responsibilities As an Experienced Salesforce Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our global team by: Data Entry to Salesforce: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring high-quality data integrity and consistency. Proper pulldown labeling of data within Salesforce for tracking: Develop and implement effective data tracking systems to ensure seamless data management and analysis. Research our clients and partners' contact using our tools- Spokeo, Snov.io: Utilize our proprietary research tools to gather accurate and up-to-date contact information for our clients and partners. Research on our clients' and partners' bios and enter it into Salesforce: Conduct thorough research on our clients and partners, and accurately enter their bios into our Salesforce database. With proven success & a positive attitude, take on special projects: Demonstrate your skills and enthusiasm by taking on additional projects and responsibilities, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training: We welcome students with strong GPAs and a commitment to intellectual rigor. Strong data entry Salesforce experience: Proven experience in data entry and Salesforce administration is essential for this role. Meticulous attention to detail: You'll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
