Position Summary arenaflex has multiple openings for Senior Customer Service Representatives in our permanent work-from-home role, offering a competitive wage of $18.50/hr to support our operations across Florida and New York. This is a remote position based in the Eastern Standard Time Zone, with a standard schedule of 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in handling customer service inquiries and resolving problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries. Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level, consistently delivering high-quality service and support. Work collaboratively as a team, applying the arenaflex core values in day-to-day operations to create a differentiated service experience. Demonstrate service discipline, handling service challenges with professionalism and providing solutions to constituent needs. Work across boundaries, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork to achieve common goals and objectives. Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Call center experience, preferably in a health care or insurance setting, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance principles. Experience working in a production environment, with a proven track record of meeting performance metrics and delivering results. Computer savvy, with excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications. Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support. A high school diploma or GED, with relevant experience and education preferred. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of health care operations, insurance principles, and medical terminology, with a strong understanding of the health care industry and its trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, providers, and colleagues.
