Job Summary Under moderate supervision, the Senior Data Analyst will plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of informational indexes utilized for data/text mining, analysis, and business intelligence to enable informed business decisions. Utilize current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop significant insights and recommendations for management, via understanding of the business model and the data available for analysis. Regularly use data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation. Mentor less senior staff, work in cross-functional teams and projects, and regularly present to management. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance. At least 3 years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis. Proficiency in analysis software and applications. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Experience or coursework with Agile methodologies. Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; numerical analysis; discrete data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, revenue data, and basic accounting knowledge.
