Job Overview arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Customer Engagements Specialist to join its team, focusing on the Private Equity Industry. This unique opportunity will allow you to engage with arenaflex customers on strategic opportunities, drive growth, and establish arenaflex as their key cloud technology provider. As a member of the Strategic Customer Engagements team, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end deal cycle for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals within the Private Equity vertical. Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations and customer closure for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals, ensuring successful outcomes and long-term partnerships. Develop and shape the overall deal strategy and structure to meet customer business outcomes and goals, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of the Private Equity Industry. Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to manage Success Criteria and KPIs of the Private Equity Program, driving revenue growth and Cloud adoption. Contribute to developing arenaflex's value proposition and solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of Private Equity customers and stay ahead of the competition. Closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including regional sales teams, and related regional and global stakeholders (Service Teams, Finance, Legal, etc.), to drive results and achieve business outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor in the development of the commercial strategy of deals with arenaflex Field Sales Executives, partnering in the execution of the sales cycle for strategic, complex, or highly competitive commercial opportunities. Inspire, influence, and facilitate alignment with internal stakeholders, experts, and other resources not under direct control, to remove obstacles and achieve desired business outcomes. Develop strategies for pricing and discounts, effectively communicate and identify deal blockers, and lead or support the presentation of deal proposals to customers. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including: A deep understanding of the Private Equity Industry, its trends, challenges, and opportunities, as well as experience working with Private Equity customers or in a related field. Proven track record of success in managing complex deals, negotiating with C-level executives, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and facilitate alignment with internal stakeholders and customers. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and shape deal strategies and structures that meet customer business outcomes and goals. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, partnering with Sales, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders to drive results and achieve business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experiences are preferred: Experience working in the cloud computing industry, preferably with a cloud platform provider, and a deep understanding of cloud technology and its applications in the Private Equity Industry. Knowledge of sales and business development principles, practices, and methodologies, as well as experience working with sales and business development teams to drive revenue growth and Cloud adoption. Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, as well as experience working with arenaflex customers or in a related field. Strong network and relationships within the Private Equity Industry, with the ability to leverage these relationships to drive business outcomes and growth.
