Job Overview In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone and email. Your expertise in Swedish or Danish, combined with a good command of English, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Your goal will be to find solutions for each individual customer, ensuring their journey runs smoothly and exceeding their expectations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and up-to-date information about travel options, bookings, and cancellations, ensuring customers have a seamless experience Utilize your language skills to communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in Swedish or Danish, with a good command of English.
