Key Responsibilities Identify, investigate, and resolve customer questions or problems with computer software and hardware via email, chat, and telephone support Apply knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems and provide effective solutions Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, utilizing diagnostic tools and software, and providing clear verbal instructions Identify and escalate support situations requiring urgent attention to ensure timely resolution Track and route support requests via a computerized ticketing system, thoroughly documenting resolutions and maintaining accurate records Stay current with product upgrades, system information, and business updates to provide informed support and maintain expertise Collaborate with other team members to research and resolve problems, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our support services Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software, including desktop computers, network devices, and peripherals A thorough understanding of computer software and hardware, with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and pleasant telephone manner Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex technical issues Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools A willingness to have telephone conversations monitored for quality assurance, with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in customer service Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: An Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong foundation in computer systems, software, and hardware 2+ years of experience in customer technical support, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex technical issues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
