About the Global Merchant & Network Services (GM&NS) Pricing Group The GM&NS Pricing Group is responsible for revenue from the discount business, one of arenaflex's largest revenue sources. Our team works closely with various business partners to determine the best rates that encourage merchants to accept arenaflex while improving service and merchant satisfaction. We drive GMS revenue and profit growth through flexible pricing architectures and innovative pricing solutions. Job Responsibilities As a Financial Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Creating Canadian forecasts for businesses reducing revenue, tracking monthly performance against forecast, and identifying areas of change. You will also create a list of discounted business income for the Canadian region. Driving the design and development process across multiple regional cost groups for all relevant reporting and forecasting activities. Supporting external audits, including investigation of issues discovered, communicating with local value teams managing vendor relationships to discuss issues and work to resolve issues. Performing ad hoc data analysis to measure discount rates and gain insights. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: More than two years of experience in financial assistance or business payment and/or other finances. A bachelor's degree. Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and business principles. Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail and composition. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create best-in-class financial models and maximize value from large amounts of financial information. Knowledge of programming languages (such as SAS/SQL) is required. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will also have: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others in situations where they may have different goals.
