**Experienced Technical Program Manager – Cloud Infrastructure and Data Analytics**

You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to drive business outcomes, improve processes, and deliver high-quality results. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial planning and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals * Excellent analytical, data interpretation, and decision-making skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to building a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and equitable.
