**Experienced Technical Program Manager – Cloud Infrastructure and Data Analytics**

You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, and develop project plans that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Your expertise in technical program management will enable you to drive process improvement, identify opportunities for growth, and develop business cases that drive decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and develop business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to move forward **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration) * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing data collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical program management skills, with experience leading complex projects and driving process improvement * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop business cases * Experience with cloud infrastructure and data analytics, including data collection, analysis, and visualization * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
