Job Overview The Technical Support and Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift) is a critical role at arenaflex, where you will work from the comfort of your own home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding our products and/or services. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service support to resolve routine problems and questions regarding our products and/or services Build strong customer relationships through active listening, empathy, and effective communication Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions via phone, email, or chat Utilize technical support experience to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns Meet and exceed performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and quality standards Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences At least 1 year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred The ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer navigation and PC knowledge A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with high-speed internet and a smartphone Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with the possibility of a work computer being provided depending on the position offered Essential Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, with a strong focus on flexibility and resilience Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
